Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. provides a comprehensive array of health care, housing, and employment opportunities that help individuals and families to achieve their goals and enhance our communities. Connections is one of Delaware's largest nonprofits, collaborating with government, community, corporate, and other philanthropic partners to maximize services for our state's most vulnerable citizens. We operate in more than 100 separate locations in Delaware, and have recently expanded our services to the eastern shore of Maryland. We have more than 1,200 full-time employees who serve tens of thousands of Delawareans each year. We strive to ensure everyone has 24/7 access to quality health care and treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, while simultaneously aiding them in lifelong recovery, providing support services that will allow them to return to a stable and productive lifestyle.

DCRAC

The Money School offers FREE financial education classes and financial literacy resources to Delawareans. Participants gain a better understanding of the consumer marketplace and the current economic environment while learning skills necessary to take charge of their financial situations, plan for the future and avoid financial pitfalls.

First State Community Action Agency, Inc

First State Community Action Agency's primary service is to work towards the elimination of poverty and lessen the effects of poverty on people of low income. We achieve this through the 22 programs we offer statewide through case management and emergency services.

National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research Fund, Inc

NCALL provides homeownership education and counseling, financial coaching, financial education, foreclosure prevention, real estate development, self-help housing and financial resources for affordable housing and community facilities. Since 1976, NCALL has helped over 18,000 families secure, preserve or prepare for affordable housing while leveraging over a billion dollars of financial and housing assistance.

The mission of the Wilmington Senior Center is to provide life-sustaining and life-enriching services, opportunities, and partnerships that have a positive impact on older adults physical, mental, and social well-being, and that contribute to future generations.

Wilmington Senior Center provides programs that respond to critical community needs and help seniors experience healthy and independent aging, manage chronic disease effectively, and reduce the economic insecurity that plagues 1 in 3 older adults. Our Support Services focus on physical, mental, and social well-being. Activities include health & wellness classes and arts and cultural programs, as well as outside excursions.
